Matthew is an editor of commercials, music videos, documentaries, shorts, and feature films. Originally from Northern Michigan, he’s been editing since an early age, bringing him over a decade of post production experience. The rhythm and pacing of his work is heavily influenced by his background as a musician, and he enjoys exhausting available footage to find unexpected moments that draw out the emotion of a film.

His work has been featured on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Pitchfork and has received a Vimeo Staff Pick, a Telly Award, and a Gold AAF National Advertising Award for Best Video Editing. When not at work, he enjoys reading, learning to cook, and watching movies.
